Sally May Hoijlla runs Anak Negros Inc as chairwoman since 2007. In her daily life she is a teacher in French and she has traveled to Europe several times.

Lindy Arroyo is the treasurer of Anak Negros Inc since the start. She works as an accountant at San Augustin College and is a mother of two and a newborn grandmother.

Dioscoro is the dean of the Engineering dept at the University of West Negros. He is also the chair of the WN Research dept and contributes his experience and knowledge as a board member of Anak Negros Inc.

Leilani is a mother of two and sees to the daily operations at Anak office. She is a very dedicated board member.

Kate is a board member of Anak Negros Inc. She works as an obstetrician in Provincial Hospital.
Spunky Hofilena, boardmember
Spunky Hofilena runs his own business in flowers together with his wife Julie. He was formerly employed as an engineer at Technical University of the Philippines. He contributes his knowledge and experience to Anak Negros Inc.
